Proceed toward Tokyo to the Ariake Junction toward the Rainbow Bridge on Route 11 Odaiba Line cross the Rainbow Bridge and proceed toward Shibuya at the Hamazakibashi Interchange and enter the Center Circular Route in the far left lane. Enter the Expressway Shibuya Line Number 3 toward the Tomei Expressay toward Nagoya. Pick up toll ticket at the Tokyo Interchange on the Tomei Expressway. Exit the Tomei Expressway at the Atsugi Interchange Cost JPY 1000. Proceed due north on National Highway 246 toward Shibuya and turn right at the Mizuhiki Intersection. This intersection will be the second overpass or eighth stop light on Route 246. Tokyo International Airport Haneda to hotel.
