Property Description

Surrounded by marquis and a characteristic vineyard , this hotel is located in the most striking and quiet area of Forio, well-known thanks to its extraordinary sunsets, offering a splendid view on the Citara bay and the Epomeo mountain . Gattopardo?s property is very large, it?s extended for circa 8000 mq and it?s composed of a principal building with 25 rooms decorated through-out with a Mediterranean style, in delicate white colour. The windows and the terraces and balconies are in blue colour .The remaining 50 rooms are located in several small groups around the swimming pools, the vineyard, tennis-courts and the garden. In the central building is located the concierge, reception and a fine snack-bar with a large lounge ambience with local décor and style. On the large and beautiful terrace snacks and very good pizza are served daily. Its ideal position provides a very convenient position to the Citara bay and Cava dell?Isola beach - 300 m and the town-centre - 1 km. The hotel offers an excellent cuisine and the Restaurant is air conditioned and offers various menus, which can be personalized on request. The Restaurant offers breakfast and a dinner buffet with local fresh produce. The Inner Spa Centre is equipped for mud therapies, massages, inhalations and aerosol, thermal baths with ozon, micronized shower. Nasal irrigation. There is a wonderful Beauty-Farm, a Finnish Sauna and a Turkish bath. There are 3 outdoor swimming-pools: one with Thermal-water, one Kneipp-pool - cold-warm, one swimming-pool with hydromassages and 2 indoor swimming-pools with hydromassages, one of them has thermal water and furthermore a relaxing Jacuzzi Whirlpool bath. You will also find 2 outdoor Tennis-court with artificial lighting: one is natural and the other one is synthetic and is equipped for volley-ball, basket and five-a-side ? football, table tennis, swimming-pools, and fitness-room.
