Originally built in the 1600 as a Coaching Inn and the hotel has converted the historic inn and stables into accommodation. The restaurant located on-site in the original coaching inn provides a range of traditional cuisine using local produce. Conveniently located with-in a mile to the centre of Newbury and the many corporate businesses. The famous Newbury Race Course is 2 miles from the hotel and the famous Parasampia Golf Course is half a mile from the hotel. Easily accessible from the A34 and M4 and close to Donnington Castle, Windmill Theatre and the famous Kennet and Avon Canal with it's horse drawn carriages.

Leave London Heathrow onto the M4 and head West. Exit the M4 onto the A34 and junction 13 of the M4.Head South signed for Newbury and exit the A34 onto the A4 signposted Hungerford and Newbury. Turn left into Newbury and the hotel is on your right hand side approximately .75 of a mile.
