The hotel has 3 speciality restaurants - French, Chinese & Indian together with a 24hr coffee shop serving a variety of International favourites. The speciality restaurants are all theme based and serve authentic cuisine. In close proximity is a Japanese restaurant and Continental restaurant with Alfrescoe dining. The hotel has 9 meeting/conference rooms depending on the number of participants. The largest is the Samudra ballroom on the rooftop overlooking the Indian ocean. It seats 350 pax in theatre style and has the ability of other seating arrangements. The crystal upper and lower halls cater to 200 pax each. These halls are housed in the colombo club together with Longdon and Gregory which are smaller halls which accommodates up to 40 pax. On golden pond is another private hall overlooking a large pond with fountains. It holds 150 pax with cocktail capacity to 200. Two other smaller rooms are Araliya and Garden view together with Regency which holds around 20 pax each. All halls are air-conditioning and equipped with conference equipment.
